Miscellaneous charges included	The license fee for the office includes the charges of water, electricity, air condition, rates, management fee and general cleaning.
Office Hour	The office is available to access at 24 hours. Secretarial service is available at: Monday ¡V Friday 9:00 am ~ 6:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am ~ 1:00 pm Sunday & Closed Public Holiday
